Toc de Espelta Ecológica de Gallecs

La cerveza ecológica de Gallecs, TOC d’Espelta, es el fruto de la colaboración con el Consorcio de l’Espai Rural de Gallecs i la Asociación Agroecológica de Gallecs. Todos los ingredientes provienen de cultivos ecológicos, lo cual le ha permitido a Art Cervesers obtener el sello CCPAE (Consell Català de la Producció Agrària Ecològica).

Cerveza de alta fermentación, elaborada con trigo de espelta. Es de color amarillo suave, con apariencia turbia y espuma cremosa y persistente. Tiene un aroma penetrante de plátano maduro, plena, refrescante, efervescente, ligeramente amarga y con un sabor intenso a cereal.
