Kentish Ale

Creada en 1998 para conmemorar el año 1698, tricentenario de la cerveza más antigua de Gran Bretaña, Shepherd Neame, en su elaboración sólo se usan lúpulos y maltas de Kent. De color ambar intenso y de fina capa de espuma que se disipa rápidamente, con un 6,5% de alcohol en volumen. En su aroma afloran notas a frutos secos, toffee, miel, pan, hierbas y caramelo. En boca se presenta como una cerveza de cuerpo medio destacando al principio notas dulces y finalizando con un ligero amargor y ácidez en el regusto.

Las cervezas Kentish Ale tienen una indicación geográfica protegida al utilizar una cepa de levadura específica, ingredientes tradicionales y agua de un pozo artesiano propio.
