La cerveza es una Scotch Ale lupulizada en seco, lo que resulta una peculariedad, pues es la única cerveza de la casa que se emplea esta modalidad. se consigue con ello un mayor aroma de los lúpulos y un amargor más seco. Es de color ambarino tostado, con espuma de buena formación, algo cremosa. El aroma es fresco con notas del lúpulo.El sabor es a malta en el inicio, con notas afrutadas del grano. Final seco, amargo pero no excesivo, resultando muy equilibrada.
