E’ lui…il “re della macchia” che ispira la creazione di questa birra dal colore scuro e dal carattere forte

Birra brassata con aggiunta di peperoncino jalapeño decisa e suadente, schiuma color nocciola. Al naso si percepiscono note di cioccolato e caffè con sfumature di tabacco. In bocca è morbida ma decisamente scorrevole. Sul finale la nota piccante mai invasiva invita al sorso successivo.

Birra da meditazione, ideale con pietanze affumicate, dessert al cioccolato, dolci secchi.

PARTY ANIMALS è la nostra Collaboration Beer con l’amico Mike Murphy di Lervig (Norvegia).

Party Animals è una Double Dry Hopped Rye IPA, 7% vol., luppolata con Citra, Mosaic e Ekuanot da noi selezionati (raccolto 2018). L’aggiunta di segale amplifica la complessità aromatica e la rotondità della bevuta.

Note: Il primo incontro con Mike? È coinciso con con la nostra prima partecipazione ad un grande festival birraio europeo, il Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend del 2015. Ovviamente è stata un grande festa, soprattutto con Mike. Ecco perché “Party Animals” (Festaioli).

PARTY ANIMALS is our Collaboration Beer with our big friend Mike Murphy of Lervig (Norway).

Party Animals is a Double Dry Hopped Rye IPA, 7% vol., Hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot that we hand selected in Yakima (2018 harvest). The addition of rye amplifies the aromatic complexity and roundness of the mouthfeel.

Notes: Our first meeting with Mike? It coincided with our first attendance in a big European brewery festival, the Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend in 2015. Obviously it was a big party, especially with Mike. That’s why “Party Animals”.
