Diablos Joe: The new Devil Joe is back! A reissue of the récipe for one of our most special beers of the ‘Polar hops trilogy’. As a novelty, the doublé dryhop (DDH) technique has been used where add the hops both in the fermentation stage and in the brewing stage maturation in tank. 3 types of hops are used: Cascade, Citra and Sabro. The latter has been a trend for a couple of years and it is the first time that it we used for one of our recipes.

Summer! Sunshine! Finally the sun reached us and our part of this globe started to get warmer! Summer is present and in Holland we move our asses to the-outside! Sitting in the sunshine on roofs, parks and terrasses!

Therefore we created FF lekker met je bek in het zonnetje (you’re your face sitting full blown in the sun) a sessionable pale ale, low bodied, crisp fresh and uber hoppy. Ideal fit for those summer afternoons. Even in between work!
