Para Directors Cut flor, empezamos en nuestra cerveza de trigo estadounidense elaborada con aciano, hibisco, caléndula, rosas, espino y hojas de frambuesa, a la que añadimoa azafrán.

Ms. Black 2018 Edition

Ms. Black is our attempt to make an evil and beastly black imperial stout and we would call it a success. Featuring triple the amount of liquorice we have ever brewed with – Ms. Black is a full, dark, sweet and bitter imperial stout with bitter dark malt notes.

Hair In The Mailbox

An India Pale Ale, Hair in the Mailbox is bright and hoppy at 6.3% ABV. Color is hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma blends notes of malt, honey, tropical and citrus fruits, light floral tones and lemon zest. The palate is bursting with a blend of orange and pineapple from the hops and warm notes of pine. Body is medium with soft carbonation and both sweet and spicy. Finish is both dry and bitter with light resin and biscuit notes. Easy drinking and great for pairing with burgers or other greasy foods.

Una IPA, Hair in the Box es brillante y lupulada con 6,3% alc. vol. En aroma tiene notas lupulas de cítricos y fruta tropical. En boca se percibe naranja y piña, así como cálidas notas de pino. Un final seco y ligeramente amargo.
