Comercial Description:

1.-

Lervig Hoppy Joe

Brewed with Simcoe, Chinook and Nelson Sauvin hops, the caramel and chocolate malts complement piney, tropical fruit and citrus flavors and aroma. At 40IBU, this beer is not overly bitter, and the finish is a grapey/wine note from the Nelson Sauvin hops.

Food pairings: Caramel and dark malt complement a pulled pork sandwich, or pizza

2.-

Oat IPA

The beer is all about the hops. Limited use of caramel malts is replaced by 25% Oats to build a full body and good mouth feel. This malt bill gives us the perfect palette for Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops, which both have white wine/grape characteristics. This intense beer is more like a high end grapefruit.

3.-

Pepper Johnson

Imperial Stout With Cocoa And Pepper
