We finally met our doppelganger in Madrid. Every bit our brewing wild child equal, with an owl mascot just like our own, we simply had to meet up… A collaboration with La Quince was a no-brainer, but we agreed it had to be unorthodox and weird. You know, smart, like our owls. This Beech Smoked-Bock is our big idea. A medium bodied bock with hints of vanilla and caramel, this one-off’s subtle smokiness is what makes it so cool! That’s what happens when you ferment European hops on chips of beech wood. Hey madrilenos, we had a frickin’ blast!! next time at your place!
