Imperial IPA de color cobrizo, y espuma blanca, densa y cremosa, de larga duración.

Elaborada mediante la técnica "Continous Hopping" creada por la afamada cervecería norteamericana Dogfish Head, añadiendo lúpulo de manera constante durante los 90 minutos de hervido cubriendo de esa manera todo el espectro de sabor, amargor y aroma posible con el lúpulo utilizado.

Impactante aroma tropical y frutas de hueso como el melocotón o incluso la pera, posee matices cítricos y también herbales en menor medida añadiendo complejidad.

En boca muy intensa, con un amargor pronunciado y protagonismo absoluto del lúpulo pero de manera equilibrada junto con unos tonos maltosos y acaramelados y una vez mas con recuerdos frutales muy pronunciados.

Ni rastro de los 9 grados de alcohol, alta bebilidad a pesar del alcohol. Retrogusto largo e intenso, que perdura en boca tras el trago.

Recomendamos degustarla junto con carnes, hamburguesas y aperitivos o simplemente como copa.
