Es una cerveza artesana de autor tipo Old Ale de doble fermentación. En nariz la miel nos da la bienvenida. Es acaramelada, nos evoca al regaliz, al azúcar quemado. Al remover aflora su esencia de romero. Es equilibrada en matices, con carácter floral. En el retrogusto nos abrimos paso a las maltas utilizadas. Cerveza tostada con tonalidad ambar oscuro tirando a cobrizo.
