Cerveza color ámbar rojizo, filtrada, con una corona de espuma blanca amplia y de alta retención.

Aroma intenso a gengibre. Sabor: Sabor intenso a gengibre, muy dulce como un refresco. En el retrogusto se encuentra el picor del gengibre que va creciendo conforme tomas la cerveza.

Cuerpo medio con carbonatación baja.

Cerveza dulce, fácil de tomar con la parte rara del picante y sabor del gengibre.

The yeast strain used for the brewing of this American style pale ale is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops.
