Spencer Holiday Ale está inspirada en las cervezas belgas de Navidad. Tiene un color ámbar oscuro con reflejos rojizos. La espuma es delicada, esponjosa de permanencia alta.

Aroma dulce muy complejo, sensación picante de las especias como clavo y nuez moscada. Notas de pastel de frutas y una delicada calidez alcohólica.

Sabor acaramelado de la malta con influencias tostadas, clara presencia de frutas oscuras, higos y frutos secos. Las especias están presentes en el sabor así como la sensacón cálida del alcohol.

Ahh, what better smell is there than chupacabras, defeated, burning in a field of rye? Ummm perhaps the complex aromatics of Crasher in the Rye? For 2017, we brewed the base beer, Undead Party Crasher, and replaced the smoked malt with rye malt to complement the roasted chocolate core of the brew. Then we aged the beer in 100% rye barrels to create a new version of Crasher in the Rye.
