Saint Sebastiaan Grand Cru

Cerveza de alta fermentación con un sabor a malta suave, malta ligera combinada con notas de flores, especias, alcohol rancio, y una bocanada justa de levadura pero con la invasión de su carácter de alcohol casi desde el primer momento.

En el aroma se notan toques frutales, como a ralladura de limón y manzana verde, y a frutos secos. En boca se nota muy efervescente, recuerda a un vino espumoso, con una burbuja fuerte que pica. El sabor es dulce debido a la malta con los mismos matices que en el aroma, se capta el alcohol con un amargor muy ligero

Oude Gueuze Cuvée René

Gueuze Cuvée René is one of the jewels of our brewery. With its golden colour, its sparkle and its beautiful sherry aromas, this is the queen of gueuzes.

This old gueuze is a blend of old and young lambic matured in large oak barrels called foudres. It is then bottled in a beautiful champagne bottle where a second fermentation takes place. After 6 months, the gueuze obtains a golden colour and is slightly carbonated and tart. But kept in a cellar for a few years, it becomes truly exceptional!

The use of a champagne bottle dates back to an uncertain time period when lambic brewers specialised in recovering empty bottles from great restaurants and other establishments where a lot of champagne was consumed. That is why we chose the most noble of bottles to hold our noblest beer.

Gulden Draak Imperial Stout

Deep dark, rich and powerful.

The Gulden Draak Imperial Stout is a dark brown to black-colored beer and is the heaviest beer in the Gulden Draak range with its 12° alcohol percentage volume. The typical roasted taste is obtained by adding roasted, caramelized malt that is used exclusively for this. It is a very well-balanced heavy beer.

The aftertaste is rich and powerful. When tasting this specialty beer you discover aromas of banana and chocolate. The secondary fermentation works beautifully and will perfectly balance the higher alcohols.

Gulden Draak Imperial Stout es una edición limitada, recién salida a Ia venta en septiembre del 2018. Es una cerveza robusta y potente con ﬁnal redondo, sin dar sensación alcohólica teniendo en cuenta sus 12% ABV. De color negro, aromas a chocolate y plátano, de sabor intenso y voluptuosa en boca. Con el característico retrogusto dulce/amargo marca de la casa, contiene 4 veces más malta que una cerveza Pilsen.
