Elaborada por primera vez en 2002 para celebrar el 15 aniversario del establecimiento Port Pizza de Solana Beach, California. Se búscaron y combinaron nuestros 15 favoritos lúpulos que se añadieron cada 15 minutos a la cocción. Algo más oscura que otras doble IPA, nuestra cerveza rezuma lúpulo bondadoso de agujas de pino, cítricos recién exprimidos y especias que son sólo moderadamente atemperadas por un acabado de malta dulce. Afortunadamente, para todos nosotros los lúpuloadictos, hemos decidido preparar esta cerveza más de una vez al año.

Once a year we receive the latest crop of hops from the US, intensely aromatic and bursting with potential they’re begging to be put to work. With three times the quantity of hops of our explosive IPA ‘Cannonball’ and even more than our flagship Double IPA ‘Human Cannonball’ we’ve created a fitting tribute to the new hop release with this our annual homage to the hop. ‘Un-Human Cannonball ‘takes IPA to another dimension-balancing massive citric aroma, deep tropical fruit flavour and gravity defying drinkability to deliver a hop experience that is out of this world. We’ve done our best for the hops, don’t let them down by ageing this beer: please drink as soon as Un-Humanly possible!

Lindenberg 12 imperial IPA

Color anaranjado cobrizo de gran brillantez. Espuma de particular cremosidad. Inconfundibles aromas citricos dominan la percepción, pomelo, naranja, lemongrass, maracuja, asi como tonos herbaceos y un leve bizcocho. En paladar predomina un agradable sabor levemente suave y maltoso al inicio para dar rapido paso a un amargor notable y de largo final. Calor y untuosidad estan presentes en la sensacion en boca (mouthfeel). El cuerpo maltoso logra una armonia y balance perfectos con el amargor.
