Tropical hops evoke notes of orange peel and pineapple, while fermentation with 100% Brett yeast brings a subtle funk character. This element may be uncommon, but we hope not for long.

Evil might be represented in its black colour. Alcohol is definitely there. Simcoe, Columbus and Amarillo hops have been used to a disturbing amount to give the flavour and aroma in this behemoth Imperial Black IIPA.
