Viking Chili Stout

This is a stout brewed with chocolate, coffee, licorice, vanilla and chili. Our intension has been to brew a complex beer – not really extreme, but still with character. The chili is a kind of “afterburner” – it tickles the tongue, without being aggressive. The Viking Chili Stout was brewed first time to the “Frederikssund Beertasting 2013 in Valhal. The Viking Chili Stout was elected as best beer. 10% ABV

Hypnopompa

Hypnopompa is our imperial stout brewed with almost 100 kilos of marshmallows and Tahitian vanilla beans (the size of cigars). Low carbonation and boiled a bit extra for good measure, this is a beer strictly for the stout inclined.

Drink now or age for many years.

Bourbon barrel aged edition comes with a gold cap.

Cognac (Grönstedts) barrel aged edition comes with a green sticker.
