Comercial Description:

Elaborada especialmente para la primera edición del Barcelona Beer Festival (BBF).
Es una cerveza tipo Scotch Ale, bastante maltosa y caramelizada, pero con el carácter propio de Guineu y con Dry Hopping.

Morena de la Serra

Cervesa negra intensa, amb marcat accent llupolat, d’escuma beige i persistent. El gust a caramel i torrat proporcionats per les maltes es fon amb els tons herbacis i un final considerablement amarg ( 71 IBUS ) però compensat.

Cervesa artesana d’alta fermentació sense filtrar ni pasteuritzar. Estil American Hoppy Stout o Black IPA, amb 7,8º d’alcohol i 71 IBUS d’amargor.

Gouden Carolus Indulgence [Indulgence, noun, \in-’dәl-jәn(t)s\ something that is done or enjoyed as a special pleasure] is a limited series of beers brewed every year with varying content. These ‘Indulgence’ brews are exclusive delights to be savoured at special moments or shared with special people. Hopscure is the 4th taste expression released under this label to mark the 10th anniversary of ’Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor’. The refined balance between 5 hop types and roasted malts lends the beer a unique floral aroma and a pleasant bitterness at the finish.
