Inspired by many of the west coast Ambers we have enjoyed. There is a rich complexity brought by the malts we use, with a backbone of hop bitterness. A dry English ale yeast was used to make this crisp and easy drinking.

Edge Brewing Sangría Sour
This special beer was a year in the making. After many trials, we selected a very unique souring strain from our secret bodega located here at Edge. We then utilize an intense double fermentation process to sour then to ferment the beer with summer fruits to create this luscious and vibrant fruit ale.
