Bush Ambree

Introduced in 1933 under the name of “Bush Beer”, this is one of the oldest specialty beers in Belgium and the flagship brand of the Dubuisson Brasserie.

The Bush Caractère is a filtered, top-fermented beer made from malt, hops, natural sugars, water from the brewery’s own underground source and an exclusive house yeast that has been cultivated for 80 years.

The pronounced bitter-sweet taste of this beer, its gentle taste structure and characteristic amber colour are all due to the caramel malts used and the expertise and patience of the master brewer (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and the active house yeast make for one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%.

Cerveza especial belga, ambarina, 12 % de alcohol y de alta fermentación.

La Bush Ambrée con su profundo color de fuego, conseguido por el uso de malta caramelizada, es con su 12 % de alcohol la cerveza belga más fuerte.

Su creación como cerveza de tipo inglés pero al estilo belga ( más fuerte ) explica su alta fermentación, sus aromas y su amargor pronunciado combinado con el dulzor de su alta graduación.

Por su alto contenido de alcohol es una cerveza de copa, más que para acompañar a comida recomendada como un coñac acompañando a un buen habano.

Viven Blond

La Viven Blond es una receta única inventada por Willy De Lobel. Puede combinarse perfectamente con diferentes platos y ensaladas. Es una cerveza ideal para calmar la sed. La Viven Blond es como llevar el verano en su copa!

Aroma a heno con un toque a manzanas verdes. Combinado de miel y mantequilla con matices de melocotón y garanadilla. Frutal, ligeramente sazonada, el lúpulo y la malta permiten que el sabor sea degustado prolongadamente en la boca.

De color oro turbio con una corona de bella espuma blanca.
