Brouwerij `t IJ Zatte

This was the first beer to come out of our vats, back in 1985, making it the Brouwerij ‘t IJ classic beer. It is a ‘tripel’, the category reserved for the stronger blonde beers crafted in the Belgian tradition, and Zatte more than lives up to expectations. It’s a full-bodied, golden beer with a scent of fresh fruit mingled here and there with a hint of grain. The flavour is slightly sweet, ending with a fine, dry aftertaste. A delicious classic to be enjoyed in all seasons.

Het eerste bier dat in 1985 uit onze tanks kwam en dus de klassieker van Brouwerij ‘t IJ. Het is een tripel, waaronder volgens de Belgische traditie zwaardere blonde bieren vallen. De Zatte maakt dit meer dan waar. Het is een stevig goudgeel bier met een geur van vers fruit en hier en daar een vleugje graan. De smaak is licht zoet en eindigt in een fijne droge afdronk. Een heerlijk bier om in elk jaargetijde van te genieten.

La Primera cerveza en salir de nuestras cubas, en 1985, Por lo que es la cerveza clásica de Brouwerij ’t IJ. Es una tripel, la categoría reservada a las cervezas rubias fuertes de tradición belga.

Zatte esta más que a la altura de las expectativas en este sentido. Se trata de una cerveza dorada de gran cuerpo con aroma de fruta fresca mezclada con un toque de grano.

El sabor es ligeramente dulce, que termina con un fino postgusto seco. Una deliciosa cerveza que se puede disfrutar en cualquier epoca del año.
