Milk Stout
The latest European collab is here and this time we’ve teamed up with Danish craft Brewery To Øl! With inspiration from their Mælk series, we’ve put our brew heads together and produced an imperial chocolate milk stout.
This giant stout is a velvety alcoholic chocolate milkshake for adults, packing notes of mocha, ganache, black cherry, and cinder toffee, with a hefty bitter chocolate and espresso backbone! Milk sugar adds to the smooth, full body and its low bitterness balances this complex malty monster!
A rich and smooth Milk Stout with a creamy velvety texture.
The chocolate sweetness and lightly roasted malt character ebb to a subtle coffee bitterness.

Barrel Aged Imperial Milk Stout
You know Jule Mælk, our so far strongest beer, bumped up to 15% ABV and loaded and loaded and loaded with lactose, just until it couldn’t get any more heavy. You could say this is the Foie Gras force-feeding edition of a beer.
Age Jule Mælk in our very own oak barrels at our very own BRUS in Copenhagen. First barrel ageing and bottles to be filled from BRUS – what so ever!

Hazy Session IPA
Brewed when BRUS head brewer headed over to Norways, Natural Born Chillers is our Amundsen collab – a more low ABV, sessionable Hazy IPA. We wanted to create a beer that would make you sit back in your chair and not want to get up again. A natural born chiller! A hazy, sessionable, highly hopped beer for those warm summer days. Ride this beer in waves of tropical fruit, mango and pineapple, with a second wave of citrus, cutting back to a low bitter finish.
