Dark Winter Ale
Vicaris Winter is a dark brown beer with a beautifully coloured head and rich aroma. Like the Vicaris Generaal, it is brewed using three varieties of malt and two hops. Our winter beer is the only Vicaris beer to which herbs are added and is therefore ideal for savouring during cold winter nights. The use of a specific yeast strain, the complexity of the malt varieties and the addition of liquorice and star anise give this beer the most complex flavour pallet of the whole Vicaris range.
When letting this beer ripen for a few years, the ageing process will generate a complementary taste experience. Vicaris Winter is only available from November up and including March (subject to availability).

Vicaris Winter tiene un color marrón rojizo con una bella espuma teñida y una paleta de sabores muy completa. Se elabora con tres tipos de malta y dos tipos de lúpulo. La cerveza de invierno es la primera cerveza Vicaris con hierbas, ideal para disfrutar de las frías tardes de invierno. Vicaris Winter sólo está disponible a aprtir de noviembre mientras duren las existencias.
St. Louis Kriek Lambic
St-Louis Kriek Lambic is a kriekenbier (cherry beer) made on a lambic base. Twenty-five percent of this beer is the juice of Oblacinska krieken cherries that have been steeped in gueuze for six months. St-Louis Kriek Lambic is a fresh thirst-quencher. The krieken aromas are predominant in the nose. The taste is manly sweet with a hint of sourness from the fruit.
