The first beer, the UPA our extraordinary hoppy pale ale. The first beers ever brewed by us. The beer style is one of our favorites and that is why it is in our core range beers. (We truly love IPA-s) . This IPA is slight bitter. You will get no scurvy from this Biatch!! The UPA is fresh, very abso-f*cking-lutely fruity and exactly as we like him. The typical American IPA that works best by the pint. Medium bodies with hints of peach and apricot. This Hoppy monster is unfiltered and unpasteurized, drink this beer fresh within a few months and do not store this orange rascal.

We finally met our doppelganger in Madrid. Every bit our brewing wild child equal, with an owl mascot just like our own, we simply had to meet up… A collaboration with La Quince was a no-brainer, but we agreed it had to be unorthodox and weird. You know, smart, like our owls. This Beech Smoked-Bock is our big idea. A medium bodied bock with hints of vanilla and caramel, this one-off’s subtle smokiness is what makes it so cool! That’s what happens when you ferment European hops on chips of beech wood. Hey madrilenos, we had a frickin’ blast!! next time at your place!
