La segunda versión de nuestra cerveza original Matinada, una colaboración con Dry River Brewing. Esta versión es un poco más seca, ácida y tiene sabores más intensos a café y naranja. La nueva adición a la cerveza es vainilla de Madagascar junto con una pequeña cantidad de sal marina y un dry-hopping de lúpulo Palisade.
El café utilizado para la elaboración es de Nømad Coffee y las naranjas ecológicas son del huerto familiar.

The second version from our original Matinada brew, a collab with Dry River Brewing. This version is a little bit more dry, acid and has more intense flavors of coffee and orange. The new addition to the beer is vanilla from Madagascar along with a small amount of sea salt and a dry-hopping of Palisade hops.
The coffee used for the brew is from Nømad Coffee and the organic oranges are from the family farm.
