Una Russian Imperial Stout de color marrón rojizo muy oscuro, casi negro. Aroma a café torrefacto y chocolate, con notas de caramelo. En boca muestra un cuerpo suave y una compleja mezcla de toffee tostado y sabores a lúpulo, resinosos y cítricos, con un final dulce.

Buddha`s Brew

A collaboration brew with Buddah’s Brew/Austin Texas for the Kombucha tea quotient. This is a light farmhouse ale with a tart grape tastefully blended with soft mineral lime flavors and a hint of the tea. Very classy farmhouse that has a light, well carbonated feel and medium-light body

Colaboración con Buddha’s Brew elaborada completamente en barricas ya que en ellas se vierte el mosto aún sin fermentar y se le inoculan bacterias ácidas. Tras varios meses de barrica, ya en el embotellado, también se le añade kombucha (bebida fermentada con hongo de té u hongo manchuriano).

So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads.

Tan buena que es casi malo. Cerveza de color rubí oscuro, elaborada con siete variedades de malta. Final complejo, con notas de humo y turba, además de un rico sabor a malta y un buen golpe de lúpulo que resaltan la actitud rebelde con la que esta cerveza llamada Dirty Bastard (Sucio Bastardo) tiene que vivir. No apta para los cobardes.
