Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

Ms. Scarlett 2018 Edition

Ms. Scarlett is a more one for one interpretation – we just can’t see red without tasting the thick vegetal notes of a Bloody Mary. The result is a complex, tart, mosaic IPA with smoky undertones. Pouring a deep light red, Ms. Scarlett opens with a savory nose of earthy tomato juice, underpinned by subtle smoky, spicy notes from the chipotle and black pepper. It is well balanced with a bitter tail from the mosaic. Earthy, smoky, vegetal and slightly bitter. The best parts of a Bloody Mary in a 6% beer.
