Comercial Description:
1.-

El aroma es delicioso por decir lo menos: cuero, ahumado, yodo, bistec a la parrilla y pasta. Ligeramente dulce y ahumado con un tostado moderado. Un componente de amargor definido y penetrante añade a esta mezcla un complejidad digna de reseñar.

Sabores de maltas ahumadas dulces, tostado turba y grano de café, el cuero, el yodo, la salsa Worcestershire, el cacao, la aspirina. El acabado es amargo. En general, es una bebida con influencia definida por su paso en barrica (aunque leve). 

Ola Dubh ("Petróleo Negro ’) es una cerveza que surge de la colaboración entre Harviestoun y la destilería de Highland Park. Para crear Ola Dubh 12, añejamos nuestra galardonada Old Engine Oil en barricas de whisky que anteriormente habían contenido  Highland Park 12.

An imperial stout brewed with cacao and coffee, AB:22 has spent two years in darkness, drawing complex and indulgent flavour from the Speyside whisky casks in which it has resided: chocolate ganache, cold-brew coffee, vanilla pods, molasses, chocolate-covered raisin, fudge sundae, espresso martini, toasted coconut… this is one of our most intense and decadent barrel aged stouts, ever.

Raspberries + Pink Peppercorns + Raspberries

Who doesn’t want a sunshine beer all year round? This is a raspberry and spiced pink peppercorn saison, foudre fermented and aged, and then blended with an acid drop of select barrels before being packed to the brim with over a tonne of the ripest English raspberries we could get.
