Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple

La Gulden Draak, inigualable como triple oscura de 10,5% de alcohol, tiene ahora, después de 25 años de creciente éxito, un notable complemento: la Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple.

Su paleta de sabores, particularmente rica y compleja, y la densa corona de espuma, están también presentes en esta Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple. Sin embargo, las dulces notas acarameladas quedan reservadas a la Gulden Draak.

La nueva receta, a base de tres tipos diferentes de malta añadidos en una cantidad cuatro veces superior a los niveles de la cerveza pilsner, proporciona a la Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple un profundo color ambarino dorado y un ligero aroma afrutado, y junto con su sabor suave y ligeramente dulce la dotan de un bouquet maravillosamente logrado.

Como las demás cervezas especiales de Brouwerij Van Steenberge, la Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple es una cerveza de fermentación alta y refermentación. Para la fermentación secundaria se utiliza una levadura de vino, que también contribuye a su gusto incomparable.

Hertog Jan Grand Prestige is our crown jewel; the pride of the Hertog Jan brewery. For this dark and heavy Hertog Jan beer the special Hertog Jan malt is used: a special mix of four kinds of malt. This gives a rich, full flavor in which sweet and bitter can be distinguished.

Hertog Jan Grand Prestige is one of the few beers that can be aged, the taste will become richer with the years. After two years of aging, the taste will start to change. After many years the taste will be similair to a Port wine.

This big sister completes the Ginette family. With a sufficient amount of bitterness, a flavour of elderflower and a strong character (9°)!
