With its use of fresh kumquats, Indian coriander, and black peppercorns, Galaxy pays homage to the early explorers, who sailed unknown seas in search of rare spices and exotic fruits. Captain Cook travelled from Australia to Alaska, and so have the Galaxy hops used to create this adventurous brew. Just as a true explorer never stands still, the presence of brettanomyces guarantees that Galaxy White IPA will keep evolving in the bottle for years to come.

Ale elaborada con lúpulo Galaxy, cilantro, kumquat, y granos de pimienta. Fermentado y envejecido en roble francés.
Sir Hopper White IPA
Esta es una versión especial, hibrido entre una IPA americana y una Wítbier. En nariz, se encuentran fuertes notas cítricas, a limón, lima y pomelo, que se complementan con el especiado y picante típico del coríandro de la India. De fondo, se encuentran unas sutiles notas fenólicas,a clavo, propias del trigo malteado.
En boca, primero surgen las notas a malta base y trigo, seguidas de un amargor medio,y un fuerte sabor a lúpulos citricos,y ese especiado característico del coríandro. Su final es seco y corto,y en retrogusto encontramos un armonioso balance entre fenoles y cítricos.
