Fuller’s + Moor – Rebirth Extra Special Bitter // Alc. 6.0% Vol. Inspired by the very first ESB recipe, we’ve used hops from Britain, Australia, Slovenia and the USA to create a rich, complex, delicious ale. The original ESB from 1971, reborn.

Tart

Our Bakewell Sour brewed in collaboration with Wild Beer Co. pours a golden yellow colour with a white head, the beer is refreshingly tart and dry with a combination of citrusy hops and flavours of grapefruit and bitter lemon.

The name Tart is inspired by the Bakewell delicacy where we are based and accurately describes the flavour of the beer in a single word.

Guava Mango & Passion Fruit Berliner Weisse

Introducing Little Ray our tropical, zingy, juice-laden Berliner Weisse coming in at a sessionable 4.3%. Pure liquid sunshine, this kettle sour is hopped with Cascade, Denali and Chinook imparting a piney, citrus flavour; heavily fruited with guava, mango and passion fruit, balanced with a pleasant tartness that will make your tastebuds sing! The taste of summer.

Flavour profile: Ripe Tropical Fruit, Orange, Pine, Mango, Citrus Acid, Bread, Orange Blossom.
