Mica Raíz

Cerveza tipo India Pale Ale (IPA) Súper Premium, un homenaje a nuestros agricultores de la Ribera Del Duero. Como nuestros agricultores es una cerveza con carácter y tiene un equilibrio perfecto. Está hecha con ingredientes de nuestra sierra, con nuestra cebada y nuestro tomillo.

Experiencia de tomillo y hiervas en primer lugar, junto con un equilibrado aroma a caramelo con unos 6,5% perfectamente integrados, sin ningún tipo de aroma a alcohol.

NEIPA - New England IPA

Merge the heads of more brewers, share ideas, experiment new techniques and new ingredients without limits, cracking the rules, having fun and making what we love making the best of it. This is the goal of these Collaboration Beer.

NEIPA is an IPA characterized by a big haziness due to the different hopping technique used. This provide also a different mouthfeel, more creamy with a really low bitterness.

This beer was born from the recent collaboration with Stephen of Nøgne Ø, with which we joined forces and ideas to create a real “juice” of hops.
