Aroma: the characteristic aroma of Nelson Sauvin stand out, it’s mixed with leaves, flowers and fruits.

Appearance: yellow pale, with white foam, persistent and fine.

Taste: the floral given by the aromatic herbs is well evidenced, that enhance the peculiarities of Nelson Sauvin creating a unique mix of flavors.
