Inspired by the supreme arcade experience – space invaders played in the mind-melting japanese megacity.

The constant, unrelenting noise becomes something purer than sound – reverberating through every part of you as the eyes rush to take in the pixelated arcade action. It’s all-pervading. Small silver coins are your life-blood, Player 1.

Our most involved beer, Tokyo* is an Imperial Stout brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries, dry-hopped with a bucket-load of our favourite hops and then carefully aged on toasted French oak chips.

It’s all about moderation. Everything in moderation, Player 1. What logically follows is that you must from time to time, have excess. This beer is for those times.

La Surfera Imperial Cocoa Stout

Imperial Stout Mar de Cacao

Cerveza negra elaborada con cacao natural, malta de trigo y cebada. De color negro azabache con espuma marrón y persistente. En nariz percibimos el chocolate, de la malta tostada, y el cacao.

En boca notamos una cerveza densa pero de fácil trago, ya que no es una cerveza dulce, por lo
tanto no se nos hace empalagosa. En el paladar notamos toques a chocolate, café expreso y cacao, donde al final te deja un retrogusto amargo propio del cacao.

La Surfera Beer elabora la cerveza con ingredientes totalmente naturales, sin liltrar ni posteurizar, por ese motivo se aprecia poso en la botella debido a las levaduras.

No utilizamos clarilicantes de ningún tipo, siendo apta para Veganos.

Faxilda Pink Canela

Imperial Stout

Una cerveza intensa y equilibrada con un notable sabor a cacao con matices torrefactos. Condimentado con canela y pimienta rosa que se aprecian tanto en aroma como en sabor, realzando su complejidad y proporcionando un final dulce.
