The result is this new take on the hoppy pale ale brewed with Cascade, Equinox, and Mandarina hops with a hint of orange peel from additions in both the brew kettle and the fermenter that tweak the classic hop profile and add a zesty pop of bright orange flavor.

Pivo Hoppy Pils is a classically rendered pilsner with a West Coast dry-­‐hopping twist, showcasing stylistic influences from Germany, Italy and the Czech Republic. Pivo Hoppy Pils offers impeccable balance with floral aromatics, spicy herbal nuances, and bergamot zest and lemongrass notes from dry hopping with German Saphir hops.

De color pajizo con una espuma muy blanca de un buen grosor que corona la copa. En nariz es una cerveza agradable y sutil, gracias a los olores frescos y florales. También se aprecian notas de miel y cítricos que se mezclan con las hierbas frescas. Su sabor es sedoso, y muy suave, dando sensación muy agradable. Toques dulces gracias a la miel, para pasar a un amargor suave inmediatamente después. Según se acerca el final, las notas herbáceas aparecen con más facilidad, dejando un regusto muy fresco y limpio.
