Which idiot came up with the idea that you should pair your beer with a dessert? Why not just make a beer that would be dessert in itself? Save yourself making dessert and just crack one of these open. We decided to pick out three of our favourite dessert flavours to incorporate in our flagship imperial stout. Dark, sweet and delicious. This version brings back memories of marshmallow hot chocolate around a camp fire.

The dessert in a can series pairs best with a candle lit dinner whilst listening to barry white.

When the brewers at Amundsen got wind of a new hop called ’lemon drop’, our collective imaginations exploded at the thought of what we could do with lemon accented hops. The product we came out with is a wheat beer so light and fluffy it could be lemon meringue pie. Lemon Drop is balanced with a crisp acidic finish with notes of lemon peel and mint. Lemon Drop pairs best with a refreshing salad or if you are not a rabbit, a pork tenderloin heavy on garlic and coriander.
