Cerveza de alta fermentacíon elaborada con maltas pale y caramelo, ha sido refermentada en barrica con 10% de mosto de uva de la variedad graciano ecológico, con levaduras del genero no-saccharomyces, y refermentada en botella con las mismas levaduras.
