Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale

La Dale`s Pale Ale es dorada ligeramente oscura, con una espuma media de persistencia larga y una graduación alcohólica en el rango superior del estilo.

Aromas de maltas pálidas y cítricos de lúpulos americanos. Cuerpo agradable con notas maltosas con presencia de caramelo que apoyan la carga generosa de lúpulo que aporta sabores frutales cítricos y tropicales de amargor moderado.

Mexican Lager

Beerito (4% ABV, 21 IBUs) is a light bodied, amber Mexican lager brewed with premium German and coloRADo sourced craft malts and featuring a crisp accent from noble hops. The mouth feel is incredibly smooth with flavors of walnut, toasted bread, plum, honey and cocoa - 4% ABV doesn’t always come with this kind of character.

Our ’Velvet M-80’ is a hefty, dry hopped double-red ipa with a nose full of aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors. G’Knight sports a surprisingly sensuous finish for a beer of its size (8.7% ABV, 60 IBUs). It’s brewed in tribute to a fellow Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietnam vet who died fighting a 2002 wild fire outside of our Lyons hometown.
