Color rubio algo turbio con espuma blanca, esponjosa de permanencia alta. Aromas a malta, levadura, con notas herbales y afrutadas. Sabor dulce con notas frutales y florales, sensaciones amargas con final seco y cítrico.
Marida con aperitivos, carnes rojas y blancas, queso, marisco y comida asiática.
Eleusis Cosecha
Cosecha, is a saison-ish ale fermented with native yeast cultures from Ribera del Duero region vineyards. Made with Barley, Wheat, and Oat malts, it has a rich fruity aroma as well as notes of coconut, spices and white flowers. The three cereal base provides a smooth bready mouth combined with a fruity palate, that is enhanced by French oak and lees batonage.
