Emelisse Imperial Stout - Imperial Russian Stout

The aroma has a mainly roasted character, with hints of liquorice and coffee. In the full-bodied taste, notes of chocolate and coffee come to the fore. The aftertaste is surprisingly slightly alcoholic, accompanied by a roasted chocolate note.

Uiltje Meneer de Uil Ledaig BA

In the last ‘’Meneer de Uil’’ (Mister Owl) series we aged our imperial/double stout in Ledaig Whisky Casks. Massive bodied imperial stout with a very intense aromas such as chocolate, coffee, roasted grains, peat smoke, vanilla, oak and intense peaty Ledaig flavours and aromas.

We created this barrel aged peaty monster a few times now and we’ll keep doing it until we can not get any more casks from this awesome Isle of Mull distiller!
