A collaboration beer brewed with Due South Brewing, from Florida. This Rye IPA is truly locally inspired. We use fresh Valencia oranges in three stages of making this beer along with honey from the hills above Sant Joan de Mediona. The citrus from the fruit intermingles with hop flavors and the spiciness of the rye malts for a full flavored IPA.

This an easy drinking ale with a balanced profile of hops and malt. We use American hops in this traditional English ale to give it some nice citrus notes to balance out the sweet, rich, toastiness of the malt.

Serving Temp: 46f – 54f / 7c – 12c

Taste/Smell: Balanced, Malty, Caramel, Citrus, Medium Bodied

Pairing: Jamon, Asiago, Gouda, Colby, Gruyere, Beef Stew, Grilled or Roasted Meats, Pork
