Realizzata con lo stesso procedimento della birra decimo anniversario disponibile qui, dunque con metodo Solera.
Il processo produttivo è molto lungo, consiste nel realizzare birre forti lasciandole maturare in botti ex bourbon.
Tale pratica viene ripetuta per 5 lunghi anni, fino al momento in cui il birrificio avrà a disposizione birre giovani e vecchie da poter blendare.
Da ogni singola bottiglia possiamo bere 5 anni di produzioni!
Questa tecnica che viene chiamata metodo Solera è una pratica che riesce a far raggiungere al prodotto livelli di complessità inimmaginabili.
Le birre più vecchie infatti contribuiscono alle note ossidative e di cantina, quelle più giovani donano un carattere maltato ed un profilo meno complesso.
Il blend finale è incredibile: complessità, intensità, forza, struttura. Una birra da stappare in prossimità di occasioni speciali, un vero pezzo da collezione che non può mancare nella vostra cantina.
