Birra complicada, de color marrón turbio, buen cuerpo, aroma a caramelo y madera, gusto maltoso dulce y con una amargor bastante cañera y persistente, parece una Scoth Ale pero lupulizada, para nada esconde el alcohol. Mola esta vacile de birra.
Inicio bastante potente que va decreciendo tras los tragos iniciales, bien integrado el alcohol, atractivo color marrón rojizo, espuma densa, amarga pero a su vez maltosa, con fondos de herbales y frutales e incluso de frutos secos.
Si no sabes lo que es lúpulo yanquie, aquí va una lección un tanto "agresiva" (ya lo advierte el nombre...). Si lo tuyo es el lúpulo, ¡¡toma dos tazas!!
Un cervezón en toda regla, como la mayoría que elabora esta cervecería
