we have begun the Many Ways series, which seeks to brew single-hop beers with hops sourced from specific growing regions and farms. Part Two contains Nelson Sauvin, grown exclusively by our friends at Eggers Hops in the Upper Moutere region of New Zealand's South Island. Eggers Hops has an enigmatic quality that is so punchy and unique that it's hard to understand without visiting his farm.
