Galaxy sets the foundations on this beer, with prickly bitterness thanks to a hearty addition on the hot side, before an all out onslaught cold side addition of Mosaic, Sabro, Talus and even MORE Galaxy brings the swag bag of juicy notes abound. Expect to find tangerine sweetness, passionfruit, bright lime notes, and a hint of creamy coconut doing its thing in this stereotypically Polly’s IPA. Less
