Primary fermented with Holy Goat's most tropical blend of Brettanomyces strains, this beer was refermented with roughly 100g/l of lychee in addition to whole jasmine blossoms added directly into the fermenter, along with a hot jasmine blossom tea blended into the beer after refermentation.
A collaboration with HG's friends at Black Kite Brewery in Hong Kong, Holy Goat decided on a blend of ingredients native to their area. The subtle tropical, melon, pear characteristics of the lychee meld well with the tropical yeast character, whilst the jasmine adds a delicate floral flavour which is both sweet and refreshing.
