Descrizione

Le Marc 2021 è un pomquette realizzato utilizzando “vinacce” di mele, pere e cotogne.
Le vinacce macerano a contatto con acqua di pozzo per tre giorni donando aromi e colore,  si innesca inoltre una nuova fermentazione alcolica che al suo termine raggiungerà i 3.5 ABV%.
Una bevanda dissetante dal basso contenuto alcolico, fresca e fruttata, con naturale carbonatazione.
I frutti utilizzati provengono dal raccolto 2021.

"Ciderkin made from the late apples, pears and quince of local field orchards. For this concoction, the pomace is mixed with well water, macerated for three days and then pressed again. Fresh, fruity and with a natural carbonation. Harvest of 2021." BB is November 2022
