malt bill that creates a black colour but low on roast flavour while also providing a soft yet dry mouthfeel and then fermented with our house lager yeast at higher temperatures yet still lower than our ales fermentations temperatures. This provides a super clean and smooth platform to layer in all of the piney, orangey resin. With hot side additions of Simcoe and Amarillo followed by dry hopping with the same and a touch of Columbus this dank, resinous and big on citrus flavours. Less
