Our second West Coast IPA in 330ml cans sees a bit of a change of pace. The lean malt base remains but the hopping of this one is more focused on tropical and citrus fruits. Featuring an all star cast of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Ekuanot we get notes of mango and peach mixed in with lime and a hint of pine. We have kept the higher levels of bitterness seen in Plasticity as it enhances drinkability and gives a satisfying, crisp finish. Less
