The second of our small batch experimental lagers is another pilsner variation and this is one we have been really excited about because it is something that we really want to drink ourselves! A light, bready all German pilsner malt base sets the scene for a crisp lager that is exclusively hopped with two of New Zealands most wonderful hops; Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. This is one that will make you long for summer as it carries beautiful complex aromas of gooseberry, Sauvignon Blanc, lime zest and plenty of herbal background notes.
