Den här ölen är en “single farm” Wild Ale där allt kommer från Goschie Farms där Gayle Goschie och hennes bröder driver en familjegård som funnits i över 130 år och har alltid supportat bryggeriet.
Det är deras humle, korn och honung som ölen bryggs med, spontanjäst och komplex. Humlearomatisk, torr med lätt citrustoner.
